We will only replace orders that are incorrect.
For health, safety and hygiene reasons, no returns or refunds will be allowed. If you receive the wrong item, please send a picture of the item to intouch@cupcakedollsllc.com and the correct item will be sent within three days.
Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim with USPS, your item is insured up to $100, included with your purchase.
Orders are processed and shipped within three (3) to seven (7) business days after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
